Publisher files have the least
number of options when we use
them to print as we have very
limited means to edit them.
Please be sure that everything
including all pictures are created
at 300 dpi.
If your document bleeds, pull
your bleeds 1/8 of an inch from
the edge of your document. If
you can't do this we have the
ability to somewhat pull the
bleeds on our end. Please be
aware that if we have to pull
the bleeds on our end it is
best if your background is a
solid color. Pictures will have
the edges stretched to accommodate
the bleed. Please do not put
any text or picture edges within
the last 1/8 of an inch of the
cut line, this way it won't
run the risk of getting cut
off.
Save your document and you
can send via email to our graphics
department or your service representative.
We may need you to send the
fonts you used to create the
document if you used an exotic
font that we do not have. We
can walk you through the steps
to sending them if the need
arises.
