If you will be sending us
art that you have put together
yourself we have some guidelines
that need to be followed to
ensure that your art looks as
you intended when it is printed.
First off, we can accept files
in any of the following formats
(Click the program name for
detailed tips and rules on sending
that type of file):
Other file types may be accommodated
for, please ask your sales associate
for more information.
When you design your artwork,
please be sure that all the
pictures are at least 300 dpi
and that when sending a 4 color
file you work in CMYK and not
in RGB.
When working putting together
something that will be 2 colors
you need to work in a program
that allows for color separation.
Those programs are: Illustrator,
Indesign and PageMaker. Other
may work depending on your artwork,
but will take more time on our
end to set up so please be aware
of any time constraints you
have when doing as such.
PLEASE NOTE:
When choosing colors for a piece
be sure to use Pantone colors
and not CMYK or default template
colors. This is especially noticeable
when someone puts in a logo.
You cannot simply place a logo
that looks 2 color into a file
and have it be color separated.
The logo has to be a clipart/vector
based image. If you have any
questions about this we will
be glad to help you.
