    Advertising campaigns and postage are paid in advance. We accept all major credit cards.

  • How do I know the mail was sent?

    Each time we drop off at the post office, we get a receipt, which is available to you upon request. The receipt shows the drop date and the quantity and can be checked with the post office to verify their acceptance.

  • How long does the mail take to arrive?

    The short answer: It depends on the class.

    The long answer: There are many other factors involved, including seasonal issues, e.g. Christmas, Mother's Day, Tax Day. Typically third class, or standard mail is going to take two weeks, but sometimes it can be shorter, whereas first class can be as little as a few days. That being said, List Brokers can do many things to speed up the delivery, including shipping the mail directly to you for local delivery and priority mail. Call for details.

  • What if the campaign isn't a success?

    Unfortunately, there are no guarantees with direct mail. However, List Brokers has a high degree of success with their mailers, because we know what works and we constantly test new designs.
